This tape is incomplete and has been widely bootlegged. This performance at The Bear Club in Chicago is a good example of Dylan's live appearances during his so-called "protest" period. The sound is decent and the performances good natured and full of humor. His fame was starting to grow as a result of his topical songs and the song list here pretty much reflects that: Talkin' John Birch and Talkin' World War III reflecting the comical aspects of the protest style, and Hard Rain and With God On Our Side taking on a more serious tone. Dylan also gets in one of his more personal songs - Bob Dylan's Dream. It's a shame the rest of this show isn't available.
